HOW WE WORK
Care that begins with listening
Your first visit starts with a conversation, then we look at the whole picture. That can include your history, your pulse and tongue, and hands-on palpation to find what's driving your symptoms. Together we make a plan, and your first treatment follows.

What We Treat
Pain & injury:
Back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and joint pain, TMJ and jaw tension, sciatica and disc-related pain, golfer's and tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, and repetitive-strain injuries from farm work, trades, or long hours at a desk.
Recovery & Mobility:
Post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, including sports injuries, whiplash, sprains and strains, frozen shoulder, and rotator cuff recovery — restoring range of motion and getting you back to work and daily life.
Chronic Conditions:
A systemic approach to osteoarthritis, migraines and tension headaches, TMJ disorder, and the long-standing wear and tear that comes from farming, carpentry, construction, and other physical trades.
Stress & Sleep:
Whole-body approaches to insomnia, anxiety, burnout, and nervous system balance — calming the stress response so rest comes easier and pain doesn't creep back.
Women's Health:
Support through every stage, including menstrual and cycle concerns such as painful or irregular periods, PMS, fertility and preconception care, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery, and the changes of perimenopause and menopause, with care that treats the whole person, not just the symptom.
